They say a picture is worth 1000 words. It's decidedly cliché, but it got me thinking. I have a dozen big projects floating around in varying stages of development, and sometimes it's just a little too hard to gain traction.
All the moving parts can get a little overwhelming, but staring at an empty page isn’t good for anyone, so what if I didn’t do that? What if I just wrote something else?
I decided to lean into the cliché and take it a little too literally. Unsplash is a great source of images, and every one of them has a story waiting to be told, but I’m only giving myself 1000 words to get the job done.
Is it gimmicky? Yup. But I’m ok with that.
